2. Terms of Sale & Returns

By purchasing from anef swim, you agree to the following terms regarding shipping and hygiene:

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, subject to the hygiene conditions below.

Hygiene & Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are strictly managed to ensure the safety and health of all our customers:

• Swimwear Tops: May be returned if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Bottoms & One-Pieces: May only be returned if the protective hygiene liner is fully intact, the item was tried on over underwear, and there are no signs of wear, scent, marks, or damage. All tags must remain attached.

• Refusal of Returns: ANEF CREATIVE LTD reserves the right to refuse a return if the hygiene liner has been removed/tampered with or if the item shows any sign of use.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A flat fee of €3 will be deducted from your refund or charged during the return process.

3. Sustainability Claims

ANEF Swim is committed to transparency. Our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® certified, ensuring they have been rigorously tested for harmful substances. Our claims of a "lighter impact on the planet" are based on the reduced chemical usage and environmental safety standards required by this certification.

4. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

5. Data Processing & Tracking

We utilize tracking technologies (including Shopify analytics and marketing pixels) to improve your experience. All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable VAT. Shipping costs and any additional fees will be clearly displayed at the final checkout stage. We do not practice "drip pricing."
